Corporate Seminar

“Society never likes the statues but Idols”
This wonderful statement was given by Mr. Manish Mehandiratta, Assistant Professor, Guru Nanak Group of Institution, Mullana, Ambala while delivering the corporate seminar to the students of Luxmi Infotech & Education Point, Jagadhri, Distt. Yamuna Nagar on dated 29.04.2012.
He further added that in today’s time when unemployment rate is so high, even then the companies are facing the dearth for a good talent. Every year in India, close to 5 lakh youngsters become engineer graduate & close to 2 lakh becomes business graduates, but still the companies are facing the dearth of good employable people. It has been studied that only 16% of Indian graduates are employable and the rest is not even employable, which raise a question mark on quality of India’s education system. There are only few places where youngsters can a get a good job like: NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Baddi, Chandigarh etc.  This is where Indian govt. & state govt. both jointly needs to open more space for industries, MNC’s so that youngsters can have more reach to the job opportunities. They should ease the burden of taxes on new entrants or new entrepreneurs. This would give a chance to a youngster to think beyond the jobs, they should encourage to take up new projects & they should be provided the resources as well.
The stage was conducted by Sh. Umesh Arora, Joint Director, Luxmi Infotech & Education Point, Jagadhri.  The seminar started with the opening speech of Sh. S.K. Arora, Advocate, Chairman, Laxmi Trust, Jagadhri.  At the ending of the programme Sh. Naval, Secretary, Laxmi Trust thanked the Orator Sh. Manish Mehandiratta.  He was honoured by presenting a memento.
